Established in 1993, Airlight initially specialized in Fire Alarm Systems solutions but has since expanded its services to include Building Automation solutions. While its primary focus remains on Fire and Life Safety, Airlight now integrates these solutions into everyday communication and utility systems, prioritizing sustainability and reliability over conventional methods.
Building automation entails a range of sensors, electronic instruments, controllers, monitors, and electromechanical devices, all requiring software for automation. These software systems operate on platforms like Java, embedded C, and Android, with plans to migrate some to Python and other modern languages. Airlight also incorporates Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence into its practices.
To effectively run its operations, Airlight seeks various domain experts, including both experienced professionals and fresh candidates.
Our internship program is available for students studying Electrical, Electronics, Software, and MBA disciplines. The program duration is three months with a stipend ranging from 6000 to 15000 per month. It’s open to final year students, fresh candidates, and experienced individuals looking to switch or restart their careers. Our goal is to identify suitable candidates during the internship for potential placement within our organization. Additionally, this internship provides valuable experience for candidates’ future endeavors.
Airlight provides a training program for candidates who have accepted job offers. Trainee candidates who have partially completed the program and show potential for placement are identified. Additionally, candidates with relevant experience to fulfill our functional requirements undergo training to align with the offered position.
Trainees will receive stipends ranging from Rs 12000 to 25000 per month, depending on the position
The Materials Management Department plays a critical role in overseeing our outsourced items and processes. It manages materials procurement, coordinates with processing vendors, conducts final assembly and validation with our internal team, and handles packaging and dispatching materials to customers.
Materials Management Officer – Stores:
Ensures the security and safety of material assets by maintaining meticulous accounts and monitoring material flow. Responsibilities include receiving materials, recording entries, storing items, issuing materials, and documenting transactions in the ledger.
Qualifications:
– Any degree (BBA, MBA, BCom, Engineering in any discipline)
– Proficiency in Excel
– Gender: Female/Male
– Age limit: 30
– Experience: Fresh or experienced. Preference given to candidates who have completed our internship, training program, or have experience with ERP in materials management.
Package- Rs two to Three lakhs per annum
2. Materials Planning Engineer:
Responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, managing records related to source materials, ensuring confidentiality of material information, and facilitating smooth production processes.
Qualifications:
– Any degree (BBA, MBA, BCom, Engineering in any discipline)
– Proficiency in Excel
– Gender: Female/Male
– Age limit: 30
– Experience: Fresh or experienced. Preference given to candidates who have completed our internship, training program, or have experience with ERP in materials management.

3. Procurement and Logistics Engineer:
Manages materials and process vendors, oversees logistics operations, prepares purchase orders, negotiates terms, manages payments, conducts quality checks, and ensures efficient procurement and logistics management.
Qualifications:
– Any degree (BBA, MBA, BCom, Engineering in any discipline)
– Proficiency in Excel
– Gender: Male, holding a two-wheeler license (owning a two-wheeler preferred)
