Conventional System

Conventional or zone indicator technique utilises a pair of wires in one area/zone to connect detectors, manual call points & other devices to the control panel. Different pairs of wires are used to wire devices in a different zone back to the same control panel. If any of the detector/call point reports an alarm, only the zone is indicated in the control panel. No further information can be gathered apart from the zone/area in emergency.  

Recommended for: Small sized applications such as small retail stores, offices etc.
